Sidebar support menu replacement

Replace the existing {{-- Support Portal --}} ... {{-- Support Portal end --}} block in your app shell with this direct block:

@include('partials.wms-support-navigation')

Or paste the contents of resources/views/partials/wms-support-navigation-direct-replacement.blade.php directly into the sidebar.

This fixes Documentation not appearing because the Support group now renders when either Helpdesk routes or Documentation routes exist.
